Mr. Farrington started a Retail clothing business after serving 3 years in the U.S. Army in Kileen, TX.  A few years later he moved to Dallas, TX and began selling blue jeans on the street corners. As an example of his ability to excel, he sold 4,000 pairs of blue jeans per month.

He started taking Real Estate courses and attending seminars. This led to his beginning of buying old houses, restoring them and selling them for a profit. With a great deal of prayer, preparation and personal risk, the savvy businessman has become one of the most successful Real Estate Moguls in Dallas. He believes that "adversity creates opportunity.”

While homeless himself, Mr. Farrington was able to take $750.00 and purchase a 1000 unit apartment complex. After becoming certified in tax credit compliance, he developed a 137-unit apartment building and successively sold them to investors. He has continued buying and selling residential and commercial properties over the last two decades. He also owns a construction company that renovates and develops properties.

Later in his professional career, Mr. Farrington became a builder and developer of residential homes. He then founded several Real Estate Company’s. These companies help homeowners salvage as much of their equity as possible. He continues to grow this business into 2006 and over the last five (5) years, he has grown the business 1350% with a 35 percent return. Mr. Farrington has received several awards including – Outstanding Young Man of America and the Ronald Reagan Award. He is also a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and works out daily.
